Coordinated frequencies for up- and downlink 437.350 MHz, with emission designator 4K80F1DB, eirp 3 dBW maximum, under the condition that downlink signals will not be encrypted; for downlink 2401.300 MHz, with emission designator 2M70G1DB, eirp 7.5 dBW maximum, under the condition that downlink signals will not be encrypted. Planned launch date: October 2019. Licensing administration: USA Planned Height and Orbit: apogee 409.5 km, perigee 400.2 km, inclination 51.6 deg, period 92.5 minutes. Earth Command station: KN4LIP. IARU has coordinated frequencies in bands allocated to the amateur satellite service. All frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared frequencies.
