Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Declaration Networks Group, Inc would like to test the operation of Redline Communications gear in the Garrett County, MD market that we are currently serving. The Redline gear is currently FCC certified for UHF channel use, however it is not FCC certified for newer rules which allow for larger channel sizes using contiguous available channels, or for the higher power in areas with 50% + available channels. DNG is currently using Redline gear in this market, and we would like to test the operation of utilizing multiple contiguous channels and higher power as allowed by the amended rules. While the Redline gear has not been certified for these amended rules, their gear has the capability to open their channel size to 12, 14, 20 etc. and is in use in international markets, and the same is true for the higher power levels. Once a test is successfully completed, Redline will go ahead with a re-certification of their gear for the new rules (i.e. channel bonding, increased power).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the operation is to test new FCC UHF rules to increase bandwidth and coverage of the network to support residential and business broadband service. Once a test is successfully completed, Redline will go ahead with a re-certification of their gear for the new rules (i.e. channel bonding, increased power).
