There are two units being used in two adjoining hangars. Each hangar is 80x100 feet and constructed of concrete walls
with a steel roof. Both units are identical. I authorize you to make the changes, and again I thank you for everything,
you have been a great help.

Mr. Clemens,

I need confirmation from you before I make changes to your application on your behalf.
    1) Change ERP from 0.25W to 20 PICO WATT
    2) Change the Emission from “NOD” to “W7D”
    3) Change the Emission Designator from “20M0NOD” to “20M0W7D”
    4) Change the timeframe for license 120 months to 24 months (max allowed)
    5) Upload “L1V.pdf” and “L2.pdf” to the application

I will get the process going as soon as you respond. And I will upload your response as an exhibit to your application.

Also under the “Equipment Tab” in your application you have number of units listed as two. Are you installing a second
GPS Reradiating kit at another facility/location?

V/r,

Nimesh Sangani

The info contained in the pdf’s is correct, I tried to correct the application but was unable to access it. I filled out the
application prematurely without the information I sent to you today. Thank you so much for your assistance in this
matter!

Mr Clemens,

I do see the GPS repeater specification sheet that you were able to upload.
I need clarification on the Effective Radiated Power (ERP) before I upload the other two PDFs that you sent. On the
online application you have entered have entered 0.25W while the “L1v.pdf” and “L2.pdf” shows a different value. The
emission designator in the application is also incorrect. And timeframe for the license can’t be 120 months. It has to be
changed to 24 months.

Thank you, I have all of that information, I just don’t know how to supply it to you via the supplied website. I have
attached the data here if you can get it to the proper place or tell me how to upload attachments.

Mr. Clemens

GPS re‐radiators may only be approved for testing GPS equipment according to strict technical standards. The
requirements are listed in the “NTIA Redbook Section 8.3.27”. The equipment must meet the power limits specified so
that you do not cause harmful interference to nearby critical GPS equipment or airplanes. Please upload an exhibit that
shows you meet the power limits. If you are not familiar with these requirements, you should contact the manufacturer
or salesman to ensure that your operations will meet these requirements.

I do not have the confirmation number or reference number the system is asking for to reply to this request via The
OET Experimental Licensing System, followed by clicking on the "Reply to Correspondence" hyperlink. We are simply
applying for a license to operate commercially available mil‐spec GPS repeaters inside an aircraft hangar for the purpose
of testing GPS receivers located inside the hangar. I would be the “stop Buzzer” contact. I have no idea what a link
budget calculations that demonstrate that you meet the power requirements is or means, these devices just plug into a
standard outlet for power. This link explains what I want to
