GPS re‐radiators may only be approved for testing GPS equipment according to strict technical standards. The
requirements are listed in the “NTIA Redbook Section 8.3.27”. The equipment must meet the power limits specified so
that you do not cause harmful interference to nearby critical GPS equipment or airplanes. Please upload an exhibit that
shows you meet the power limits. If you are not familiar with these requirements, you should contact the manufacturer
or salesman to ensure that your operations will meet these requirements.

I do not have the confirmation number or reference number the system is asking for to reply to this request via The
OET Experimental Licensing System, followed by clicking on the "Reply to Correspondence" hyperlink. We are simply
applying for a license to operate commercially available mil‐spec GPS repeaters inside an aircraft hangar for the purpose
of testing GPS receivers located inside the hangar. I would be the “stop Buzzer” contact. I have no idea what a link
budget calculations that demonstrate that you meet the power requirements is or means, these devices just plug into a
standard outlet for power. This link explains what I want to
