Also, the frequency bands; 144-150.5 MHz and 150.8-173.4 MHz, falls within a shared Federal/Non-Federal government frequency band. NTIA has mandated that all Federal government departments and agencies must transition from wideband (25 kHz bandwidth) to narrowband (less than 12.5 kHz) operating frequencies within the bands 144-150.5 MHz and 150.8-173.4 MHz. Do you concur with the changes? And operation is NOT permitted on the frequency band 162.3625-162.5875 MHz because it’s use for NOAA Weather Radio. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of June 02, 2011 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
