Please find below the responses to the inquiries stated in the June 17, 2019 correspondence.

1. DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc. requests that the start date to the STA license begin on July 5th,
2019.

2. DRS Sustainments Systems, Inc. requests that the fact of its STA filing be kept confidential, along with
the information regarding the details of the frequency requests. In addition, their responses to the
application's questions which can be found in Exhibits A & B should be confidential. Please
immediately remove the two copies that are not marked confidential.

3. DRS Sustainment Systems, Inc. will submit their confidentiality request (the justification) as a public
document.
