DRS Technologies will be demonstrating unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs) to military personnel at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO. The communication link between the robot and the operator control unit is in the 4.9 GHz frequency, and therefore requires a license to operate.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The 4.9 GHz radio transceivers (one on the robot and one with the human operator) will send commands to the robot and receive sensor data from the robot.
