Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As part of my employment with Scientific Applications and Research Associates Inc. I plan to conduct RF coupling experiments to satisfy the requirements of an engineering contract. To do this I will need to radiate low power RF in an outdoor area.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose is to test coupled and conducted tests of equipment in the HF and lower end of VHF bands.
