Request for Renewal with Modification

Current Technologies, LLC (“Current”) requests renewal of the captioned license for a
period of twenty four (24) months.

Current also requests modification of the captioned license to reflect two changes:

First, Current requests that the station location reference eliminate the particular
references to Ohio, Indiana and Maryland and instead refer to the station locations as
Nationwide. As a result of planned further research and development, Current anticipates
that its testing will be better represented by a Nationwide designation. Current also notes
that a similarly situated license, station WD2XEQ, has been afforded Nationwide status.

Secondly, Current requests that its number of authorized units associated with its
Nationwide station authorization be increased to one thousand (1000) units. Current
presently is authorized to operate three hundred (300) units at each of the three (3)
locations noted above. Because the three previous locations will be subsumed within a
Nationwide authorization, Current seeks an adjustment to the number of authorized units
to reflect the subsumed locations and future testing units. Current anticipates that 1000
authorized units will adequately accommodate its planned research and development
needs at this time. As a result of the nature of the product being tested, numerous units
are simultaneously operated and 1000 units is the immediate maximum number of units
sought for authorization.
