Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is necessary to allow Cubic to demonstrate for the Army a training simulation system with an RF communications component for tracking and AAR data collection as part of a proposal effort for AMITS.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  RF communications component for tracking and AAR data collection as part of a proposal effort for AMITS. The demo is for 2 days in the Orlando area ranging from September to November. RF communications will be in the 224-240 MHz and the 4.4 to 5.0 GHz bands.
