Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Copious Imaging is under contract with Hanscom AFB (HBU-M, PSEAG, IBDSS) to integrate a radar with our current WISP 2.1 infrared imagery sensor. Weve acquired and Echodyne Echoguard and a Fortem R30 to begin data collection and test work. Both Radar products require an STA to begin data collection work.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To use the radars at the Pepperell MA Skydiving facility to track ground and air targets. To overlay the radar data onto the WISP imagery to fuse the data and produce a viable prototype product.
