In reference to the NTIA‘s regulation Section 8.3.28: Item 7: Exhibit 1 shows that our calculated maximum equivalent isotropically radiated power, at a distance of 100 feet from the building where the testing will be conducted, is no greater than —140 dBm. Item 8: We have confirmed that none of the businesses within a 0.1 mi radius are presently employing or intend to employ GPS capable devices.
