                             Experimental Authorization, Call Sign KF2XJD

          Dear Sir or Madam:

                   Enclosed for filing on behalf of ATG I, Inc. ("ATG") is an application on FCC Form 703
          seeking Federal Communications Commission ("FCC") consent to transfer control of Experimental
          Authorization, Call Sign KF2XJD, held by Claircom Licensee Corporation ("Claircom") from ATG
          to Iridium Aero Acquisition, Inc. ("Iridium Aero"). Claircom, the holder of the above referenced
          Experimental Authorization, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Claircom Communications Group, Inc.
          ("Claircom Group"), which in turn is 90% owned by ATG I, Inc. Thus, ATG and Iridium Aero seek
          FCC consent to transfer control of Claircom Group from ATG to Iridium Aero.

                 We have also included a check in the amount of the required $45.00 filing fee. Please direct
