Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
System is a Part 15 Carreir Current system being developed for testing of concept and for preliinary EMC evaluationas well as final FCC verification which must be done on site per FCC rules. All EMI trouble shooting will need to be done on site as well as review of operation feasilbility. System will consist of pole mounted units which will be connected to several systems installed in several faciliities.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To set up and test several experimental Carrier Current transmitters systemns for both regulatory evaluation and project concept evaluation. System will consist of several types of installation to meet the typical set up for both FCC compliance testing and product evaluation. System will need to be evalated in several regional locations to determine feasiblilty of system.
