Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA proposes the use of certain frequencies not available for licensing for a single, large-scale Formula One Automotible Race in Austin, Texas at a new track. This STA proposes the use of three, 1 MHz channels in the band 308-327 MHz, and the use of the band 2180-2290 MHz. The lower frequency channels are for GPS-based data transmissions regarding safety systems in the race cars. The higher-frequency band would be used for exceptionally low-power video transmissions from some of the race cars to the video production vehicle on site. The STA is necessary due to the short-term use of the RF cameras mounted on the race cars and their lack of frequency agility. The cameras are used in this band in Europe on a regular basis. See attached statement and frequency coordination exhibit.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Safety-based GPS telemetry and data transmission relative to safety systems in race vehicles and video transmissions from race vehicles to video production vehicle at the race track during United States Grand Prix automobile race in Austin, TX.
