Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This STA proposes the use of certain frequencies not available for licensing for a single, large-scale international Grand Prix Motorcycle Race in Austin, Texas at motor racing track. This STA proposes the use of channels in the bands 215-216MHz, 412-420 MHz, 440-470 MHz, segments of the 700 MHz band, and the use of the band 2180-2290 MHz. The STA is necessary due to the short-term use of equipment used in Europe for race operations and international broadcasting on a regular basis. See attached statement and frequency coordination exhibit.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Voice and data transmission relative to operations and communications with race motorcycles, and video transmissions from to video production vehicles at the race track during MotoGP Grand Prix motorcycle race in Austin, TX at the Circuit of the Americas race track.
