Mr. Ghaffari –

I have confirmed with our client that the 16 channels that were coordinated with the FAA with the specified bandwidth
will suffice. We will not be submitting any additional NGT numbers.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,

Richard Rubino

Subject: FCC File No. 0304-EX-CN-2018

Mr. Rubino,

The NGT numbers assigned by the FAA are only for 16 frequencies (i.e. 1000, 1020, 1040, etc. (in MHz)) with specific
bandwidth.
You cannot operate in entire 1000‐2000 MHz band. The FAA coordination is only for those frequencies with assigned
NGT numbers.
Will you be submitting additional NGT numbers with your application or would these 16 frequencies suffice?
