Karis –

As discussed, Caterpillar of Delaware Inc. (CAT) has been directed to coordinate and obtain prior written consent from
Sirius XM since the frequency band 2320‐2345 MHz is allocated for SDARS services. As discussed, CAT is only seeking to
utilize the frequency bands in the 2 GHz band: 2.0‐2.31 GHz and 2.35‐2.70 GHz – both of which are outside the 2320‐
2345 MHz band that is allocated for SDARS services.

Once you have confirmed with Sirius XM that there will be no issues, would you please forward the required written
consent so that we can advise the FCC’s staff.
