Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are developing nanosatellites for weather remote sensing using custom power, computing, and radio electronics. We need to demonstrate these custom support systems in flight. Telemetry and telecommand are critical to observing system performance and conducting tests. We only need a limited period of operation to perform these in-flight tests and need the simplified process and cost of the STA experimental license.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of our first demonstration satellite is to test our computing, solar, battery, power management, inertial measurement, thermal measurement, and radio subsystems in flight. Allocated frequency will be used to monitor satellite condition through periodic telemetry downlinks and to uplink test commands to the satellite. This flight will also demonstrate flight performance for the PocketBeagle minicomputer and the Elysium radio.
