In reference to your email of 7/20/15, I understand items 2, 3, and 5 and will submit those shortly. I do
have questions on 1 and 4.

#1 - we have no imaging operations so I assume a NOAA approval letter is not required. Is that correct?

#4 - I am unfamiliar with the requirement for the Cost Recovery Letter and could not find any references
to it. Would you kindly refer me to something that explains what this letter must contain or provide me
with a sample of such a letter as it applies to University CubeSats?
