This is the revised IARU frequency coordination for your satellite ISX.

Coordinated frequency for uplink and downlink 437.150 MHz with emission
designator 7K861D
output power 1 Watt
antenna gain 2.15 dBi

Coordinated frequency for downlink 5840.000 MHz with emission designator
8M00F1D
output power 1 Watt
antenna gain 6 dB

Planned launch date June 2017.
Licensing administration: USA.
Height and Orbit Apogee 550 km, Perigee 550 km, inclination 85 degrees,
period 1 hour 36 minutes.
Earth Command station location Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

IARU has coordinated frequencies in a bands allocated to the amateur
satellite service. All frequencies in the amateur satellite service are shared
frequencies.
Please inform me about the final launch date and the API/A number as soon
as that information becomes available.
