The letter should also have a POC from CalPoly. If clarification is needed, they can contact IB/SD. With respect to the ODAR, we will need a letter of endorse or agreement to the conclusions in the previously prepared ODAR. With respect to the SpaceCap API file, we found some minor errors. UPLINK beam, group ID 1, the polarization of the earth station is given as Linear yet on other filings the N6CP E/S polarization has been CR (Right-hand Circular). Please verify the polarization. DOWNLIN beam, the transmit only when visible from notified service area was NOT checked. Please let us know if the satellite intents to transmit all the time. DOWNLIN beam, the minimum elevation angle is blank. We will assume this was unintentional. Please confirm and let us know the min elevation angle.
