Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a television microwave and communications equipment rental company which provides video, audio and communications for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Applicant has certain LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum demands at sporting and other events, and the limited LTTS/BAS spectrum for these events, makes it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional spectrum in certain UHF-TV channels, the 1780-1850 and 3GHz bands.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Provide portable video and audio communications at all MLB venues for televised coverage for the remainder of the 2021 season. This is an identical request to that of 0332-EX-ST-2021, call sign WR9XYB.
