Question: "Will there be contractual agreement between 'CP Communications' and participants
during testing and demo?"

Answer: There will be a concurrent but separate contractual agreement between 'CP Communications'
and participants during testing and evaluation; The agreement will not be for the testing and evaluation of
the equipment as per the application. The equipment under test and any additional personnel conducting
the testing, although concurrent with the paid services, are unrelated.

Question: "Will the participants be charged financially for services provided by 'CP
Communications'?"

Answer: The participants will be paying for the concurrent but unrelated equipment and services.

Additional Clarification: Conducting real world field tests, after so much in house testing, is only truly
feasible at actual live events where CP's presence is facilitated by a client. It's not financially or logistically
possible to secure exclusive use of a venue, bring in a sports or entertainment event with all the
production elements involved, and audience for the sole purpose of testing.
