Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA was requested for a test event at White Sands Missal Range (WSMR) for us to operate the passive radar system.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Passive radar sensors will be used to detect and track airborne threats for a demonstration at WSMR. We are not performing any counter drone operations using this STA to disable the drone. The following frequencies will be used during this operation: 11M0M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 14M7M1N -used to detect and track airborne threats 17M6M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 21M5M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 3M70M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 43M0M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 4M40M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 5M50M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 7M30M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 8M80M1N-used to detect and track airborne threats 300MF0N-used to detect and track airborne threats 150MF0N-used to detect and track airborne threats 75MF0N-used to detect and track airborne threats 30MF0N-used to detect and track airborne threats
