CACI seeks to broadcast in LTE band 20 for research and development purposes in support of a DoD programs and subsequent system demonstration.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Prototype existing in the LTE band 20 Uplink 791 – 821 MHz & corresponding LTE downlink 832 – 862 MHz. CACI seeks FCC special temporary authority to evaluate real-world effects on uplink and downlink performance of this experimental technology.
