Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Broadcast Sports, Inc. is an audio, video, and data production company which provides wireless audio, video, and data for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Broadcast Sports, Inc. has LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum demands at sports events, and the limited LTTS/BAS spectrum for these events makes it necessary to coordinate, temporary additional channels above and below 2 GHz. This is necessary to have sufficient video relay from RF cameras at various locations at a golf course, race vehicles, or in arenas, while allowing normal ENG use of the BAS spectrum at the same time in a given venue. Broadcast Sports, Inc. has coordinated all spectrum use requested for the following events with AFTRCC, which coordinates flight test telemetry operations on the subject channels. All coordinating is through local SBE/FCC representatives in the event location.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of this STA operation is to provide wireless audio and video for NASCAR, NHRA, Indy Car, and USC racing events in various locations listed in this document.
