Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This regards a request by Broad Comm, Inc. (Broad Comm) for Special Temporary Authority (STA) to allow use of frequencies 2210, 2225, 2250 and 2275 MHz. The purpose is to test a new video capture system at National Hockey League (NHL) venues for the period of October12 through October 30, 2016. A schedule of the dates and time of operation at each venue has been attached. The units will operate only inside the venues listed in this application with a maximum ERP of 50 mW. The cameras will be located 1-2 meters above the ice and be capable of capturing video both on the ice as well as in the adjacent stands to enhance crowd safety. Broad Comm provides radio frequency support services to various entities at major events. The FCC has granted Broad Comm and others similar requests for numerous previous events.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Test a new video capture system at National Hockey League (NHL) venues.
