Louis – our engineers have reviewed Broad Comm’s application and we believe the operations on bands
directly overlapping with SDARS would cause outages for our satellite radio customers in the area of
these transmissions.

We can only consent to this application if Broad Comm agrees to notch the 2325 MHz and 2345 MHz
channels from this application.
