Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The cubesat will have a mission life of only six (6) months. The STA will enable Booz Allen Hamilton to develop innovative scientific capabilities to support current and future research.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The operation will enable a demonstration experiment to test a small optical sensor package including photodetectors and a camera. The cubesat will transmit scientific data to Booz Allen Hamilton ground stations located in the United States and will recieve commands from the ground stations.
