Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Grant of the instant request for STA for 2.3GHz Band would serve the public interest by enabling Boom Technology, Inc., to conduct MESH networking tests in a ground-based scenario to provide a robust and reliable flight data system for their aircraft in development.
