1. Operation is subject to prior coordination with the Society of Broadcast Engineers, Inc.

2. In the band 2-27.5 only those frequencies assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard should be
used. Bollinger Shipyards needs to coordinate with the U.S. Coast Guard District Office
to obtain a list of these frequencies.

3.In the band 118-137 MHz use only these three frequencies approved by FAA:
118.4MHz, 127.75 MHz, and 136.6MHz. Bollinger Shipyards must notify Mr. Gary
Winsper at (817) 222-4762 when the test will start.

4. .In the band 118-137 MHz only those frequencies assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard
should be used. . Bollinger Shipyards needs to coordinate with the U.S. Coast Guard
District Office to obtain a list of these frequencies. These frequencies may include
wideband emissions (16KHz) since the band has not been designated narrowband at this
time.

5. .In the band 162-174 MHz only those frequencies assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard
should be used. . Bollinger Shipyards needs to coordinate with the U.S. Coast Guard
District Office to obtain a list of these frequencies. These frequencies may include
wideband emissions (16KHz) since narrowbanding is not mandatory until January 1,
2005.

5.In the band 225-400 MHz use only these three frequencies approved by FAA: 225.2
MHz, 312.6 MHz, and 398.0 MHz. Bollinger Shipyards must notify Mr. Gary Winsper at
(817) 222-4762 when the test will start. In addition those frequencies assigned to the
U.S. Coast Guard can also be used. Bollinger Shipyards needs to coordinate with the
U.S. Coast Guard District Office to obtain a list of these frequencies.
