The application is dismissed because NTIA objects to the STA request on behalf of Blue Origin Texas, LLC in Van Horn, TX during the period 1 June 2018 thru 1 December 2018, for the following reason(s): 1. HIA indicated for multiple frequencies and bandwidths. 2. Launch vehicles should restrict emission bandwidths to 5 MHz or less. 3. Launch vehicles should utilize the four frequencies given in the draft NPRM on commercial launch (i.e., 2211.0 ± 4 MHz, 2215.0 ± 4 MHz, 2272.5 ± 2 MHz, and 2285-2290 MHz.
