After our telephone discussion yesterday, March 15th, 2004. I am requesting the following changes to our FCC application for a special/temporary use permit. Please amend our current application to reflect the following changes. 1.) Please amend application 0165-EX-ST-2004 from fixed/base to mobile antenna. The Geographical coordinates of the center of mobile operations are as follows: Latitude: 47 Deg 12 Min 15 sec (North) Longitude: 119 Deg 20 Deg 21 sec (West) (NAD83 system) Lat/Long Decimal form:47.2041°N, 119.3392°W (WGS84/NAD83) The mobile radius about that center location is 1.5 km (See attached .Jpeg image) Study Results: I had a review and discussion with Ken Ryan, our Comsearch frequency coordinator. He informed me that the Frequency Study completed him at Comsearch did in-fact envelope these proposed changes to the application. No new studies need to be performed. 2.) Dates: Please change the start date of the FCC temporary license be May 24th, 2004 and therefore the 6 month end-date will be Nov 24th, 2004 Sincere Thanks, Mark C.
