                                   LAUNCH UPDATE

In the referenced application, BlackSky stated that the Global-1 was planned to be
launched to an altitude within a range of 500-550 km, but that because Global-1 is a
secondary spacecraft on the PSLV rocket, the placement as well as the timing of the
PSLV launch are subject to the requirements of the primary mission of the PSLV rocket.

While still subject to the requirements of the primary mission for the PSLV rocket, to
update the record, the current mission plan is as follows: Global-1 will be in a circular,
sun-synchronous orbit (SSO) of 505 km altitude, with a local time of descending node
(LTDN) of 10:00. The inclination of this orbit is 97.4 degrees. The launch date is now no
earlier than August 15, 2018.
