 There are a couple issues regard to your application.

1- The frequency band 2200-2300 MHz is belonging to government operations and this application is
used only for experiment. Therefore, NTIA requires applicants have to send the stop buzzer information.
Without this information, they maybe reject your application.

2- As policy, I am not allowed to change any information in your application. Please submit/edit the
frequency band that your company would like to apply in your application. Make sure the frequency band
should not be less than or equal to bandwidth in emission designator.


The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 22, 2011 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
