technologies for broadcasters, emergency management communities, and commercial
enterprises. Our innovations have been instrumental in changing the way the public expects to
see and receive weather information.

Baron uses experimental license WC2XMU for the purpose of (1) conducting research and
development of advanced weather radar; (2) field testing our products; and (3) technical
demonstrating at trade shows and customer locations throughout the country. The number of
equipment used at all time is far less than 50.

This modification application only seeks to increase ERP for the 9300-9600 MHz frequency
band, from 11.6 GW in the current license, to 16.4 GW.
