However, the FAA may reconsider limited use of the bands if the proponent provides: 1.A list of the proposed discrete frequencies for this STA 2.Provide estimated backlobe power in the VHF/UHF ranges 3. Clarify the final usage of the requested AAG and radar bands. The FAA is sending responses back to BAE for the individual frequency band to continue the coordination discussion. The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of July 29, 2019 may result in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
