Ground, UT) - File No. 0147-EX-ST-2017 (DPG Standoff)

Mr. Blitz:
Good afternoon once again!
On behalf of BAE Systems, this email is to request SiriusXM consent to the operations proposed in
pending Experimental STA Request under File No. 0147-EX-ST-2017 and any experimental STA issued
as a result.

A scan of the pending application, which seeks STA for ground-based operations at Dugway Proving
Ground, Utah, is attached for your reference. The FCC has requested that BAE Systems obtain
SiriusXM’s consent to the pending application.

Accordingly, it would be greatly appreciated if you could confirm SiriusXM’s consent to pending
Experimental STA Request under File No. 0147-EX-ST-2017 and any experimental STA issued as a
result.

If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out so that we can address any issues.

Thank you in advance for your attention to this.

Best regards,
