This is to confirm that BAE Systems is still working with Globalstar to confirm consent to operation within
2483.5 – 2496 MHz.

BAE Systems expects to obtain Globalstar consent shortly, but in the interim it is respectfully requested
that the deadline for obtaining Globalstar consent be extended to August 17, 2018 to permit additional
time to complete the process.

Should additional time be required beyond August 17, 2018, BAE Systems will contact the Commission at
that time.
