This Amendment is being filed to address the following items:

- The 2.2-2.5 GHz band is amended to delete AFTRCC frequencies (2365-2395 MHz).
The resulting ranges will be:

2.2-2.364 GHz
2.396-2.5 GHz

In light of this amendment, it is requested that the Commission confirm that
AFTRCC coordination is no longer required (See Ref. 42301).

- In response to the Commission’s note that certain bandwidths on the application exceed
certain of the requested frequency ranges (See Ref. 42301), the following bands are
amended to ensure that the bandwidths no longer exceed the requested frequency ranges:

9.75-9.95 GHz – Amended to: 9.63-9.95 GHz (exceeds widest bandwidth of 315 MHz)
10.14-10.44 GHz–Amended to: 10.1-10.47 GHz (exceeds widest bandwidth of 361 MHz)
15.15-15.35 GHz – Amended to: 15-15.5 GHz (exceeds widest bandwidth of 351 MHz)
