Message:

Ms. Nguyen and Mr. Whittington:

BAE Systems appreciates your patience on this matter.

At this time, BAE Systems has not yet been able to identify the requested contract information.

Accordingly, in order to avoid dismissal of the renewal application and ensure that the remainder of the
license can be renewed without any difficulties, BAE Systems is willing to modify the WE2XYG license as
follows in order to avoid transmission on the MAG frequencies at this time (if BAE Systems requires
future authority in the MAG bands, the company will re-file at such time):

Proposed Modifications of WE2XYG License to Avoid MAG Band Transmissions at this Time:

• Modify the existing 217-228.6 MHz range to:

217-224 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)

• Delete the following existing frequencies:

o 249.8 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)
o 251 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)
o 283 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)
o 285 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)
o 324.8 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)
o 326.6 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)

• Modify the existing 335.4-454 MHz range (for both the N0N and 4K00F3E emission designators)
to:

400-406 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)
420-454 MHz (see license mark-up sent by email)

• Delete Special Condition 9 (see license mark-up sent by email)

• Delete the carve-out for 406-406.1 MHz in Special Condition 22 (see license mark-up sent by
email)

Please advise if this is acceptable, and if the Commission can make these modifications, or if BAE
Systems must modify the license itself as described above.

Best regards,

Jeff Rummel
Attorney for BAE Systems
