research grants and contracts.

The requested license is necessary to perform research under NASA grant NNX14AP88G to
Atmospheric & Space Technology Research Associates, LLC (ASTRA, LLC). This project is to
design, develop, operate, and analyze the results of a 6U CubeSat mission named Scintillation
Observations and Response of The Ionosphere to Electrodynamics (SORTIE). The principle
investigator is Geoff Crowley (gcrowley@astraspace.net).
