                                    Form 702
Application for Consent to Assign an Experimental Authorization

                                        Exhibit 1
                              Assignees Relation to Assignor

Aprize Satellite, Inc. (“Aprize”) is the licensee of AprizeSat-6 and AprizeSat-7 satellites, File
Number 0355-EX-PL-2014 , Call Sign WH2XFA . Aprize, as assignor, wishes to assign its
experimental authorization to exactEarth, Ltd. exactEarth, as assignee, wishes to obtain authorization
to control the use and operation of AprizeSats 6 and 7 by accepting such assignment.

AprizeSats 6 and 7 carry an advanced experimental Automatic Identification System (“AIS”) payload
for a ship tracking and data collection. exactEarth Ltd, a Canadian company, has purchased the
AprizeSat payloads with the intention of carrying out experiments that will determine the feasibility
of developing and commercializing technology that will enable low power AIS units typically found
on smaller commercial tonnage and leisure vessels to be tracked from space, thereby enabling global
tracking. exactEarth has the financial and technical qualifications to carry on its AIS experimental
program, which will be conducted in such a manner and at such time as to preclude harmful
interference to any authorized station.

The only change to the current FCC authorization of AprizeSats 6 and 7 is the transfer of control
from Aprize Satellite Inc. to exactEarth Ltd.
