Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Temporary deployment of 5G C-V2X radios for a demonstration of Vehicle-to-Infrastruction (V2I) communications at the ITS America conference at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Will deploy 5G C-V2X RSUs (Roadside Units) at up to five intersections in the immediate area of the Walter E Washington Convention Center. C-V2X operates in the 5.9 GHz ITS band, similar to DSRC. The conference is June 4-7th, we would like to request a permit starting May 28th to allow for setup time.
