Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Aperto is developing base station and CPE radios for the 3.4-3.6 GHZ bands. These radios are for export only, primarily to Europe and Latin America. Aperto needs to make over the air tests in order to demonstrate the efficacy and operability of the system.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Determination of efficacy of over-the-air networking operations of 3.4-3.6 GHz radios in a small network.
