October 1, 2019 Anadarko Petroleum Corporation 1001 G Street NW, Suite 500 West Washington, DC 20001 FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION 1270 Fairfield Road Gettysburg PA 17325-7245 Application Narrative for Proposed Equipment Proposed Program Anadarko Petroleum Corporation is proposing GPS within their Single Point Anchor Reservoir facility for testing purposes. Objectives We seek to accomplish the following objectives: 1. Illumination of the part of the facility, located at 26-7-55 N 92-2-25 W (Gulf of Mexico) with a GPS signal to allow for the testing and experimentation indoors for continued exploration of utilizing GPS technologies within petroleum tools to provide innovative applications and continue to provide safe products and safe usage of tools. 2. Further design, development and enhancement of existing GPS applications to provide greater efficiency and more effective means of utilizing GPS derived information.
