Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The equipment certification testing for a recently developed radar sensor was approve under STA authorization WN9XIL. A potential client (Grand Sierra Resort, Reno, NV) has agreed to make available their site and participate a demonstration and on-site testing.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Alphawave Golf has developed a radar-based golf ball tracking system that is deployed as a fixed installation at golf driving ranges in the USA. The radar sensor is mounted in a fixed location. , and measures and tracks the 2D locations of golf balls moving within its field of view. This will be a demonstration at a site of a potential customer (Grand Sierra Resort, Reno, NV). The goal will be to prove that the technology can operate over a body of water, which is the case for this unique driving range. Equipment to be used is certified under FCC ID 2AO3F-EA-XRN-9000.
