Re: File #0008-EX-AU-2001; Call Sign KI2XIW; Reference #1253

Mr. Young:

This memo is sent in response to the questions in your email (below).

To expedite the process, File #0008-EX-AU-2001 should be used for this AA submission. Both
the Assignee and Assignor parties listed to sign are legal in doing so (Robert Berg for Assignor
and Nick Vlahakis for Assignee). The address for the call sign location should remain 13133 –
34th Avenue North, Clearwater, FL. Nick Vlahakis is a corporate officer for the Clearwater
facility, but Nick himself is located here in Hopkins, Minnesota.

All correspondence for this permit (including the permit) should come to me. I am the FCC
Administrator for all licenses and permits company-wide. The licenses and records are
maintained through me as a corporate function.

I apologize for the 3 submissions—I obviously lost my way in your system. Only file 0008-EX-
AU-2001 should be used. I assume I need to now apply for a $100 refund. Do you suggest I do
that right away or wait until this application has been granted? Please let me know. Thank you
for your help.

Subject: Request for Info, File # 0008-EX-AU-2001
-----------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------
Message:
It appears that 0006-EX-AU-2001, 0007-EX-AU-2001 and 0008-EX-AU-
2001 are all
applications to assign the same license. The only differences I
see are the assignee and assignor signatures. Please clarify this
matter as to the multiple filings and what signature belongs for
assignee and assignor. Also, please provide the correct street
address for the assignee. The items indicated above must be
submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within
30 days of March 19, 2001 may result in application dismissal
pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee
pursuant to Section 1.1108.
