Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
A STA is necessary to operate transmit testing equipment to mimic aggregate LTE UE uplink and downlink thresholds for the DRGS downlink and DCP uplink. Will utilize signal generators to simulate LTE UE transmitters by using an antenna array at the DRGS satellite dish location to transmit LTE through the array.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To identify an antenna array setup for LTE transmit testing at the DCP location and the effect of the LTE uplink and downlink transmitters, and to establish an overall system interference threshold. The objectives of this operation are to identify an antenna array setup for LTE transmit testing at the DCP location, identify the effect of the LTE uplink and downlink transmitters on the DRGS downlink from BER of the received messages and establish an overall system interference threshold, and identify the effect of the LTE uplink and downlink transmitters on the DCP uplink from BER of the received messages and establish an overall system interference threshold.
